Country Club Dancing

Dance at a local country club.

A brass player joined us.

Our fearless drummer.  Hi, Pete!

The tools of the trade.

I was kept pretty busy the whole night, so only had time to snap a quick (and blurry) shot of the dancing folks.

Jenny Lind Chapel

The Party of Four saxophone quartet went on the road to Andover, IL to play for the town's Christmas walk.  Our venue was the tiny, but historic, Jenny Lind Chapel.  As you would expect, the place is very small, with just enough room for four saxists, their horns, and a small audience wandering in and out.  There were also lots of lovely candlelight.

My view for much of the night.
The small but appreciative crowd, in the mostly-dark.  I told you it was all candle-light.

The perfect opportunity to experiment with the "candlelight" setting on my camera.

The lovely couple.

One of these things is not like the others!

A "Great Gatsby" themed celebration.  So, we featured music from the Roaring 20s.

An impressive house.
